Having worked for several agencies over the years, Pioneer Subsea has been the best. The Pioneer team comes from an ROV offshore background, so they fully understand the difficulties that come with working offshore. As they know and understand end client work scopes, they will give you a clear overview of the upcoming project before heading offshore.
Since coming to Pioneer, I’ve worked on various projects and vessels for the same end client. Also, being on rotation means it’s easier to plan family life at home and know months in advance what the plan is. I definitely feel like I’m a valued member of their offshore team.
I would highly recommend Pioneer to anyone in the ROV industry looking for work or for clients looking for a supplier of experienced personnel.
